Email Sent Twice

I have a contact form using Form Builder and UA. The email is being sent twice - I have changed the email address on this request for security reasons.

<?php require_once("WA_ValidationToolkit/WAVT_Scripts_PHP.php"); ?>
<?php require_once("WA_ValidationToolkit/WAVT_ValidatedForm_PHP.php"); ?>
if (isset($_POST["SimpleContact_submit"])) {
$WAFV_Redirect = "form.php?invalid=true";
$_SESSION['WAVT_form_Errors'] = "";
if ($WAFV_Redirect == "") {
$WAFV_Redirect = $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"];
$WAFV_Errors = "";
$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateRQ((isset($_POST["Contact_me_group_Name"])?$_POST["Contact_me_group_Name"]:"") . "",true,1);
$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateEM((isset($_POST["Contact_me_group_Email"])?$_POST["Contact_me_group_Email"]:"") . "",true,2);
$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateLE((strtolower(isset($_POST["Contact_me_group_nbsp"])?$_POST["Contact_me_group_nbsp"]:"")) . "",((isset($_SESSION["random_answer"]))?strtolower($_SESSION["random_answer"]):"") . "",true,4);
$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateRX((isset($_POST["HiddenFields_fields"])?$_POST["HiddenFields_fields"]:"") . "","/.*/",false,5);

if ($WAFV_Errors != "") {
?><?php require_once("WA_Universal_Email/mail_PHP.php"); ?>
<?php require_once("WA_Universal_Email/MailFormatting_PHP.php"); ?>
if ((($_SERVER["REQUEST_METHOD"] == "POST") && (isset($_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"]) && strpos(urldecode($_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"]), urldecode($_SERVER["SERVER_NAME"].$_SERVER["PHP_SELF"])) > 0) && isset($_POST))) {
//WA Universal Email object="mail"
//Send Loop Once Per Entry
$RecipientEmail = "";include("WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_form_1.php");

//Send Mail All Entries
if ("redirect.html"!="") {
header("Location: redirect.html");

When the Universal Email is triggered are you being redirected to the page you specified? It looks like you have it only set to go to the one individual, do you also have anyone setup in the cc or bcc? If so are they getting more than one email message? Have you tried this with any other email addresses to see if it happens to all the same way?

Please post back and let us know about these details and also if you can please post back with the page that has the UE server behavior and the files inside of your UniversalEmail folder for the page in question. You can remove the email addresses, I just would like to check on the code on these pages.
