I had a serious problem. Help me, please!

I have implemented a distribution list for www.bienvenidoasturias.es
The website used php and mysql for the necesary funcionality.
In the private admin, my client have a option named "to send the home site" what send index.php to all the people registered in newsletter.

I take several days, but i'm lost. If i used "get a file" the error "<%= not closed" occurs. Index.php is ok; operate very well, but the code inside the universal email don't run.

I've tried to use "<include index.php>" but don't work again.

i've tried to use "<iframe> with index.php". It's work fine, but the emails account "hotmail, gmail, yahoo,..." don't support iframe.

I'm desperate and crazy, anybody help me?
Thanks, and sorry for my english.

Best regards
Juaco Amado

I'm not understanding exactly what the problem is that you are currently experiencing. Do you have any screen shots of these issues so that we can have a visual reference for what the problem is? Along with this please also post back and include some additional info about the current setup and errors.
