According to this site:
53

The IIS user may not have execute privileges to C:\php\php5.dll and it should work if you give access to that user.

My hosting provider will not do this, is there an other way to solve this problem? If not I have a product which I can not use.

It could be that the process timed out. You could try to see if your hosting provider will be willing to increase the time for processes before timing out.

Hi,

The time is set on 60 seconds and the provider will not make this any higher. There is something wrong in the script they told me. When trying to open the page it also uses a great amount of cpu.

how to go further now?

Do you have any other PHP pages running on the server that you can view? Are any of the other previews working?

Create a PHP info page and put it on your server and send me the link. You will just have to add this to a page to create a php info page:
<?php phpinfo(); ?>
