Checkout Failure

When I press 'Submit' on the Order Confirmation page I get an error from my browser that reads:

Were you looking for: georgetown county museum commuseumstoreconfirm php
We did not find any results for www.georgetowncountymuseum.comMuseumStoreconfirm.php.

the url should be:

confirm.php.

When I run through and hit confirm on the confirm page of your store, the url that is passed to the browser is correct:
confirm.php

What browser are you using when you're accessing this?

Checkout fails

The same test worked fine on the Explorer Browser.

Then

I turned off test mode and turned on paypal sandbox

On Explorer I get an http 500 Internal Server Error.
Paypal shows NO transaction.

Question:
In WA_Globals.php
for the field $WAGLOBAL_Paypal_User - should the value entered be the username received when the API Signaturel was credentialed or the username used to access Paypal account?
for the field $WAGLOBAL_PayPal_Password - should the value entered be the password received when the API Signaturel was credentialed or the password used to access Paypal account?

You should make sure that the credentials that were sent to you were live credentials and not sandbox credentials. The username and password are the ones provided for you when you got your credentials, not the ones you use to login.

OK, I have the correct credentials, but I do not think I am even getting to Paypal.

With explorer 8.0.6001 I am getting the http: 500 error
With Explorer 7.0.7530 I am getting:

Were you looking for: georgetown county museum commuseumstoreconfirm php
We did not find any results for www.georgetowncountymuseum.co...oreconfirm.php.

the url should be:

confirm.php.

With Firefox I get a blank page and it just stalls.

Why do you think the slashes are missing from the URL in the error message?
Is the URL concatenated some place?

I am running Power Store 2. Should I switch to 3?

If you're having these issues in PowerStore 2, you may experience them in PowerStore 3 too. I have opened up a backend ticket for you, so we can take a look at this issue in more detail. To check your backend ticket log in to your account at www.webassist.com and check your support history.
