Multiple Checkboxes reporting options

Multiple Checkboxes reporting options

I am planning to have about twenty checkboxes on the form (by the way it works great). Is there a way to receive the e-mail only with the checkboxes that are checked and is there a way to change the result from ON to POSITIVE?

Thanks

in the WA_Universal_Email\Templates\contactus.php file change line 13 - 14:

php:
<strong><?php echo(str_replace("_"," ",$pkey)); ?>: </strong>

    <?php echo(str_replace("\n","<BR />",$pval)); ?>

to:

php:
<?php if($pval != "") { ?><strong><?php echo(str_replace("_"," ",$pkey)); ?>: </strong>

    <?php echo(str_replace("\n","<BR />",$pval)); ?><?php ?>

To change the value that is displayed in the email, you just need to change the Checked value for the check boxes:

<input name="checkbox" type="checkbox" id="checkbox" value="ON">
