Installation Wizard Issue - Step 2

When setting up our store we've entered the information for the database, but upon hitting the Next Step, we get the following error screen. Any ideas??

Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Access denied for user 'dbo320752652'@'74.208.180.90' (using password: YES) in /homepages/12/d319251460/htdocs/PowerStore/Connections/PowerStoreConnection.php on line 9

Hi Duane,

Create a new user and then update the PowerStoreConnection.php. This worked for me.

This is an error with the login information that you provided. Make sure that you are using the correct login information. Make sure that you did set a password when you were setting up your database. If not, you should create a new user with a password like wasntme said or add a password to the existing user. Then try running that step in the install again.
