PowerStore Multiple Item Discount

Thread began 3/15/2010 11:24 pm by jfoy400745 | Last modified 3/16/2010 1:50 pm by Jimmy Wu | 483 views | 1 replies |

PowerStore Multiple Item Discount

What is the best way to give a multiple item discount to one product in powerstore? I want to lower the price each time a higher quantity is submitted for a particular item. For example if the customer buys 1 the cost is $135. If the customer buys 2 the cost is 130*2 or $260 total and so on when they buy 3, 4, and 5 items.

Does the price go down $5 for each additional item or does it just get a $5 discount on each bottle if there's more than one item?

If its a $5 discount on each bottle if there's more than one, you would apply the discount as a percentage and calculate how much $5 would be as a percentage. Then you would uncheck the require code checkbox. And put in the minimum purchase as higher than the single item price, but lower than the cost of 2 items. Then check the choose products checkbox.
