Have you checked the server error log or asked your server admin to check to see what the error is?

I looked into the server error log and found nothing...I am only getting this error after I did the creative view fix updates...

If you are the server admin, are you able to allow create view privileges for your user? If you aren't getting the create view error, you do not have to make the create view known issue update.

Can PS3 be installed on a subdomain?

I up loaded the same files on 2 different domain names. one on the root of the domain and the second one in the subdomain. The one installed on the root of the domain worked fine where as the 2d one on the subdomain is giving me the error...

Hi

There are no limitations to upload and run the installation of Powerstore 3 on a subdomain.

What type of error did you get when installing it on your subdomain ?

As Davas said, installing the PowerStore multiple times on a single server but using different directories should be fine. What are the permission settings for the directory you have installed the store in the second time?

Not sure what changed but it seems to work after I deleted all files and reinstalled.

Thanks for the help.

Great to hear you were able to get it working. If you run into any additional issues, feel free to open a new thread.
