Checkout button not working!!!!

I have my cart.php on the test server and one item in the cart. Now I press the button checkout, but nothing is happening. Nothing at all. I checked the address it is "checkout.php"

I even checked the full address with "http://localhost/..../checkout.php" no reaction at all. All the rest is working. So it would be ready to go online...
