Problem - Shared_Ser_Mactivation.js

hi,

I have a problem with menu writer... when i try to execute a new menu i have this message (look my snapshot)...

I read this topic showthread.php?t=11093&highlight=wamw_serial

and i stop my firewall, but no result...

my version DW is CS4...

thx in advance for your help...

i uninstall plugin, and re- install... i erase the cache file...

i reboot 2 times, and nothing change... please i need your help...

edit: I already use the plugin, after restarting my computer, nothing works and impossible to re-enter my serial number

I succeeded in uninstalling the entire CS4 suite and installing it again ... maybe not the right way, but it works ...
