Page Background
Hi WA,
My Index.php is longer/taller than standard. How do you get the background grey graduation to extend to the bottom?
Thanks, Mark.

If you set the repeat-x and repeat-y properties for a background image, this should allow you to repeat the background image. If you post up a link to your site, I can take a look at what changes you've made.
would need to recreate the background image.
the background image being used is the Images/body_bg.png file
this is an image that has a transparent top and bottom, and gradually fades in and out of the grey, the image is stretched to fit you page height. the longer your page is, the more transparency there will be at the top and bottom of the page.
Hi Jason/Jimmy,
Thanks. Can you please correct my understanding? I thought as Jason mentions that the image is stretched to the page height? In PS2 that certainly worked however in PS3 it doesn't appear to. Happy to set the page height manually or do I need to recreate the image to be higher/longer? Is that the x/y parameters that Jimmy talks about?
Thanks, Mark.
the image does expand to fill the height of the page. The thing to be aware of though, is the the Gradient color is only in the center of the image. The top and bottom portion of the image are transparent. This is why it appears not to stretch the entire length of the page.
Hi Jason,
Thanks for explaining. This is what I am seeing in my PS3 implementation which I didn't see in PS2. Note the background gradient stopping before the bottom on the attachment.
Mark.
It looks as though the background image is different from the one that came with (my copy of) Powerstore3.
The gradient seems to be missing from the bottom of the image, and the image itself should be 1964 px high - which is much more that the height of the page in your attached screen shot.
Have you tried replacing the image? I attach mine, should you want to try that.
Hi Neilo,
Thanks kindly. I checked the file I had and it was teh same as yours (20x1964) however I replaced it anyway and all is well - problem solved.
Cheers, Mark.
