No Images Showing

Hi, I have installed PG all went well, tables are in DB. To test it I used server upload & selected the sample folder you supplied in the install folder, it said that worked ok but when I use the preview or the direct link the gallery shows but there are no photos at all. Any help appreciated.

Have you upgraded to version 1.1? Its a free updated in your download center and it should fix the issue. Check the read me in the zip for instructions on how to upgrade.

I still cant figure whats happening. I can add & delete images in the admin area & see them in the DB, but when I click the preview link at the top of the page or embed the php code the gallery theme is there but there's no images, no thumbs or master.

Would the files being locked on my local site be doing it?

Also noticed in the database table "wa_settings" that the value for "pg_rooturl" says "http://www.tracheykids.co.nz/Powergallery/" but the actual path of the thumbnail in the manage images admin area & my remote file structure says "http://www.tracheykids.co.nz/Powergallery/images/2/" & then the image. Does Power Gallery create the two other files it'self?

Any ideas apreciated. Chris

Fixed

I have got it working. It must have been a dodgy ftp install the first time.

For anyone else who has this issue. I deleted power gallery from local & remote site & deleted the 3 PG database tables then recopied it to my site & ran the install again & it all worked fine this time.

Thanks for the update Chris. I have seen a few other people have issues due to dodgy ftp transfer as well, so that is a good tip if others are having unexplainable issues.
