Map doesn't fill Google map window

Map doesn't fill Google map window

When my page with a Pro Map loads the map graphic within the Pro Map window does not fill the Pro Map window (see attached picture). It's as if not enough of the map graphic loads to fill the Pro Map window. As I drag the map graphic around, part of the graphic drops out such that the graphic never fills the Pro Map window. Any idea what is going on here?

Thanks,
Patrick

this usually happens on pages that are template based.

Find the following code:

<script type="text/javascript" src="google_javascript/wagmp_maps.js">/*wagmp*/</script>

and move it to be just before the closing </html> tag.

That didn't make a difference I'm afraid.

As I drag the map graphic around it seems to always fill the top left portion of the Pro Map window (in other words, the bottom and right sides of the Pro Map window is empty). And you'll notice when it first loads, the locating pin is offset towards the top left. It's almost as if when it loads the center of the map graphic doesn't load in the center of the Pro Map window. Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Patrick

The page above has a tabbed panel with a number of tabs. The Pro Map is on the second tab (tab 1, Location). I've just discovered something strange. If you load the url above and the page loads displaying the first tab as the default tab (tab 0, General Info), the problem occurs. When you click on the Location tab you'll see that the map graphic does not fill the Pro Map window. However, if you force the page to load (using the url below) and initially display the second tab (tab 1, Location), everything looks and functions just fine. Weird.

I suppose to avoid the whole issue I could put the Pro Map on the default loading tab, but I would rather not. In which case, I'm still hoping to resolve the issue.

Thanks,
Patrick

Yeah, this is an issue using the between the ajax functionality of SPRY and the Google map API. The map does not behave properly in SPRY panels. It will need to be in the default loading tab.

That's unfortunate. Thanks for all the help.
