PayPal Account Optional

Hi
I'm using the PayPal Sandbox for testing PayPal Standard account. I have the PayPal Account Optional turned "on" which means my customer should be able to pay without a PayPal account. When I Submit Order, I should get the PayPal "Pay with Credit Card or Login" screen (see Item C in attachment) which would allow my customer to enter their credit card info without becoming a paypal member. Instead, I am getting an odd variation of this screen (see Item A in attachment) with limited information simply expaining PayPal benefits and a place to login into PayPal or click link to "continue checkout". Clicking "continue checkout" takes me to the the PayPal "Create a PayPal Account or Login" (see Item B in attachment). In order for the customer to pay in this scenario, they must create or have a paypal account. The PalPal docs clearly indicate with PayPal Account Option turned "on", the customer should not have to create a PayPal account. Not sure where I've gone wrong.

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
Bob

the first thing to try is clearing your cookies. If you have logged into your paypal account, a cookie will be stored, this cookie can trigger the initial screen to only show the login.

if that doesn't clear the issue, you should contact paypal to see why you are not getting the expected screen.
