Retrieving User Entered Data From Simple Options Power Store 3

Hi I created a power store 3 website and I have created user defined simple options.

When the client enters the data and checks out, how do I retrieve the data that was entered in the simple options?

I can't seem to find it, and I already went to Order> Clicked on View Details

but there is nothing in there that shows the simple options the client has entered.

Please help I need to launch the site soon.

Thank you

There is a bug logged for this, but currently there is no fix for it. There will be an email regarding a fix or a new release once a fix for this has been made. Sorry for the inconvenience.

So will we have to pay for the new release or fix?

Is there an eta on when the fix or release will come out?

I have opened up a backend ticket to take a look at this issue with you, since I'm not sure when the next release will come out. To check this backend ticket, log in to your account on www.webassist.com and check your support history.
