fixed footer problems ...continued

further to my last problem, i still haven't sorted this one out.


i made an amendment to the #fixedFullWidthFooter div, so it is taller than it was.

i seem to remember that in the original css, the top margin had a negative value, - is this supposed to be the same as the height of the div ?

when i don't have a top margin set, i can see all of the page content, at both resolutions, but the footer does not anchor to the bottom of the page but below it.

when i set the top margin to a negative value, the bottom of my content div is cut off.

i seem to be going round in circles.

i would appreciate some tuition.

(i have FF and use firebug but struggle to debug this)

Looks like a margin-top: -192px; on the fixedFullWidthFooter and a padding-bottom: 192px; on the contentWrapper will do the trick. You basically negative margin the footer equal to the height, then add some bottom padding on the contentWrapper to make sure it doesn't overlap.
