Validate like powerstore

Hello, firstly sorry for my stupid question.
In powerstore I see pages like contact.php use validation toolkit and spry, where I can find tutorial or resources to do this ? I'm sorry but I'm not expert on vlidation form.

The getting started guide is a good start for Validation Toolkit:

validation-toolkit/

but for spry validation, you will need to look at the dreamweaver documentation for help, but it should be simple. In Dreamweaver choose Spry from the Insert Menu (Window -> Insert) and add the different spry validations.
