DataAssist 206 "WA_AppBuilder" Broken.

Hi

I'm running CS4 in Windows 7 Home.

I've had DA 206 installed and working for some time now, however, just recently after installing the Cookie Toolkit 312, DA now appears to be corrupt and not working, period.

Events...

1. Opened and used DA 206 as usual and is fine
2. Installed Cookie Toolkit 312, then closed CS4
3. Opened CS4 and ran the DA 206 wizard
4. Before the wizard completed opening the following error alert appeared...

While executing onload in WA_AppBuilder.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) ocurred:

In file "WA_AppBuilder":
initializeUI is not defined

Now, i've posted the same error here previously, but unfortunately it's never been resolved. There have been plenty of responses regarding the configuration folder and deleting the WinFileCache file, however, I have tried just about every iteration of extension install uninstall plus deleting the WinFileCache, renaming the configuration folder possible, without success.

And to be honest, the only resolution I have found to date that works is a complete CS4 uninstall and reinstall!

At the time of writing this, I'm stuck in the middle of a clients project.

I'm now making a plea for WA support to escalate this. Would you guys be so kind to look into this, the cause needs addressing.

Thank you, Paul.

I have yet to see an instance of the "initializeUI is not defined" error where deleting the DW Cache file dod not resolve the issue.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
