Confirm page stuck

Hi forums,

A successful checkout is not proceeding to the checkout_success.php page. Emails, however, are being sent. Failure is working fine.

Here is the error message when the confirm.php page comes up instead of the checkout_success.php page:

Notice: Undefined property: CedarChest_ItemDefinition::$SKU in /var/www/vhosts/cedarchestsanibel.com/httpsdocs/WA_eCart/WA_eCart_Definition_PHP.php(118) : eval()'d code on line 1

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/vhosts/cedarchestsanibel.com/httpsdocs/WA_eCart/WA_eCart_Definition_PHP.php(118) : eval()'d code:1) in /var/www/vhosts/cedarchestsanibel.com/httpsdocs/shop/confirm.php on line 553

I am also attaching a ZIP of the confirm page.

Thanks in advance!
bec

It seems that it has a problem with a particular items property, it looks like the SKU is the problem.

Do you experience this issue on any other page in the site? If so what other pages? As a test make a new blank page and apply an eCart display manager to the page. Try adding items to your cart then visit this display manager page to see if you get the same error.

The error is coming from the definition file for the display info code. It seems that it must be failing when it gets to this part. When you get to the confirm page you can see it the first time through correct? Is there a particular item that you have in the cart when you test this and get the error?

Hi Eric,

No, it only happens when you press the "submit order" button, no other pages. Seems to be an error with checkout.

Thanks,
bec
