try increasing your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 or possibly higher.

the reating tabel behavior is 840 pixels tall, you need to select a screen resolution that offers more than 840 pixels for height.

You should also check on your display DPI setting, a normal DPI is 96. Usually when I see scroll bars in the interface this is the issue. There might be a problem with the minimum resolution still but adjusting this setting would be worth a try.

To adjust this in vista right click on the desktop and click on personalize, there should be a Font Site (DPI) link on the left. Check here to see if you have the standard or a larger value.

Glad to hear that, I have encountered that issue myself.
