PowerStore is in a directory. Can I have a cart elswhere on the site.

Hi There

I am coming in to a company put a store in to an existing site. The existing site is relatively simple and includes many of the products on the home page. I was always under the impression that the store was now a separate section within the site in its own directory. However I have been asked about having a cart on the existing pages.

Is this possible? Can a customer start a cart and then come out of the store (but remain on the domain) to the home page, and then select another product that they originally saw. This would then take them back in to the store and back to their existing cart.

I know it sounds a bit crazy but there is no harm in asking. Is there a way to do this? And would it be easy?

I pay monthly for all the webassist extensions. So I would have any of them if you say they are needed.

Damien

Sorry

I believe I may have entered this twice. As I was sending this one my battery just died. I thought that I lost everything and didn't realise that it actually got posted. So I reposted.

Sorry
