009 From field

Let me just say that I started out with the Contact Form Solution Pack.

I deleted all references to UE from the pack and started again on the email part. This has worked well and I have it working.

A small glitch however in the From field.

Clicking on the From button on the left of the field gives you the option of inserting the name as well as the email address of who it's from. I gathered both of these from the Form binding. When the email arrives if I click reply then up pops a blank email with the return address. That's fine.

Back to the message that's arrived though and it says it's from (for example)
Fred Smith <fred@smith.comfred@smith.com>< fred@smith.comfred@smith.com >
The email is repeated.
As I say though, if I click on reply the return email address is just applied once.

Perhaps it's something to do with the Contact Form Solution Pack, I don't know. I thought I'd flag it up.

Apart from the two things I've reported I've found nothing wrong with the UE side of things.</fred@smith.comfred@smith.com>

I can't seem to reproduce that result.

What does the from field say when you open the Server Behavior?

If you drag the binding for the email header onto the page, or check the email header in the email log does it have it repeated there as well?
