Menu does not always render properly in CS3

In Dreamweaver CS3 The menu does not always render properly.
i.e it appears to the right in the design view.
It all works and looks OK once I load it to the server.
Just wondering if there is any way to view it in place in the design view. any trick I am missing.
As I said it does not always happen
Thanks
Clive

Dreamweaver is not a web browser. It does not always render things correctly, this is just the nature of design view in Dreamweaver.
