error on instalation

I have downloaded CSS sculptor plus CSS menu.
I was able to register and run the CSS sculptor then downloaded CSS menu and now the CSS sculptor will not run and gets the attached error:

while executing onLoad in wacs_quickset.htm, the following Javascript error(s) occured:

In file "was_quickinsert":
initalizedUI is not defined

since then I have removed and reinstaled CSS sculptor with not success.

Any help appreciated.
