rounding tax, shipping and total

For some reason after I updated a cart rule, now my cart is rounding the tax, shipping and total... is there a quick fix for this?

I'm attaching a copy of my cart file, when I switched back to a copy the cart stopped rounding. I had to add to my free shipping discount rule so that it would only work for TotalWeight less than 30lbs. I'm not sure if this is causing the issue but I need to resolve this asap so it stops rounding and I don't get killed with free shipping on 60lbs of food :)

I'm thinking that the number of decimals setting on the first page of the cart is somehow getting updated along with the rules causing the problem. The shipping charge itself shouldn't ever introduce a rounding problem itself. The only rounding settings are on the first page of that interface. Make sure that is set correctly and it should resolve the problem regardless of shipping charges.

Yes for the currency its set to 2 decimal places. Would you suggest setting it to another number apply the change and then change it back to 2 and apply the change again?

So even when working with the broken one it says 2? Maybe try updating it and then updating again... worth a shot I guess.

Please attach a copy of the shopping cart file you are using and the page where you are using it. I'll take a look and see if I can spot the issue.
