UE not sending Data in email

I have everything set up in the page correctly and the bindings have been copied and pasted to the email template. However, when the form is submitted, the form is sent but the data is not. What can I do about this. It is a PHP form.

Here is the link.

It sounds like you have copied the form elements into the email instead of binding the form data.

When creating the email body, go to the bindings panel. expand the form collection and drag an drop the form element bindings to the page where you would like them to be displayed.

you should not have the actual form elements in the email, only the dynamic data bindings.
