Problem opening dw with error message

When I open DW cs4 on windows 7 (which I just installed) I get the following screen how can this be corrected

Dreamweaver

While executing onLoad in WAMemento_onOpen.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

In file "WAMemento_onOpen":
onOpen is not defined

OK
---------------------------

Now when I try to use Site Import it won't work. I get a new error message.

try deleting the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

I am missing /Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver cs4 etc I have
/users/john/library/preferences/adobe/extension magager 2/ and nothing after this.
