Multiple record insert

I am having trouble using the multiple record insert on a page. Having completed the page build as per the instructions I am getting an error on load.

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01f5'

Illegal assignment: 'WA_AB_checkLoopedFieldsExist'

/WA_DataAssist/WA_AppBuilder_VB.asp, line 55

Can anyone tell me what this means and how I might solve the problem?

Once the support ticket is open I will ask for more information to help determine the cause of the issue, and find a fix for it.
