updating shipping with ecart4

I have ecart, not the newest. I wanted to update my shipping to add a little money onto the shipping when it quotes the items.

I'm working on my localhost, and I changed what I thought I was suppose to change in ecart, and I clicked ok. I uploaded the two files that it changes to my ftp server.

I go to my store, and it gives me a parsing syntax error and shows a blank page.

Am I doing something wrong?

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')' in /home/***/public_html/store/WA_eCart/WA_Store_Cart_PHP.php on line 114

What I'm trying to do, and I'm assuming this is what that section is for, I'm trying to add around 0.60 cents to the quote for packaging, etc. I've tried using .60, 0.60, and even 6. It is still saying line 114, and that is exactly where this number is being added.

the problem is that the triggers for the various shipping options have been re written incorrectly.

edit the cart object again and set the trigger for the USPS shipping rule to Number of unique items in the cart > 0
