The content you create in Power CMS is stored in a database. after creating the content in power CMS you need to add the code from the developer notes secion of the content detail page to your pages where you want that content to display.

For example, if i create contetntusing the Page Name "test" and the content name "test" the code used to display that content in my php page is:
<?php
include('/Applications/MAMP/htdocs/PowerCMS/WA_CMS/addtosite.php');
echo WA_getCMSContent($database_localhost, $localhost, 'test' , 'test');
?>

the include path above is unique to my site set up, you can get the correct code to use on the content details page.

What I meant is, "where the new files are being stored phisically?", because I don't see them in my FTP. even if I create new content I dont see them in /CMS102/ folder

Thank you

PowerCMS does not create new files, you need to create the file that will be used to display the content manually.

After you have created the file that will be used to display the content, add the developer notes code to it where you want the content to appear.
