CSS sculptor error

When opening the css sculptor, I'm getting the error While executing onLoad in wacs_wizard.htm, the following javaScript error occured: In file "wacs_wizard"; initializeUI is not defined. I'm working on Vista in DW4. Please help!! I've tried to locate my cache file and can't. I've have located the folder... which file is it inside the folder??

The file is called WinFileCache.dat. There may be some other numbers appended to the file name.

Here are the instructions for deleting this file if you haven't discovered this PDF yet.
