Tech support hours are 9am - 5pm PST (GMT -8) Monday through Friday.

What version of SecurityAssist do you have installed. Please make sure it is the latest version that is available from the download center.

Try Uninstalling SecurityAssist from the extension manage, make sure Dreamweaver is closed when you do this.

Then delete the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

then download the latest version of SecurityAssist from the download center and re install it.
