contact form

I am getting the error below when I installed the contact form to my site.....
contactus2.php
and
contactus3.php

can you post back the code at line 1 of the contactus2.php and contactus3.php files please.

I'm confused. You posted this same post HERE

At that time I saw the errors you posted, and mentioned that I thought some folders/files seemed to be missing.

These files and folders are now in their correct places, and I no longer see the errors, although the form does not seem to be validating.

I don't understand why you have started this new thread.

Thanks for your help.....I reinstalled the software and it now seems to be viviable on the site....I'm checking now to see if it functions.
