What is the version of Sculptor and Expression that you are working with and what is the OS?

Also, when you reinstalled did you go through the control panel to uninstall it first?

Try to uninstall this from the control panel > add remove programs. If you completely remove it through this uninstall it should clear it out for you and allow you to re-install it by double clicking on the installer. Please give this a try and let us know if it works for you, if not I can get a ticket opened for you on this.
