Hi There.

I am running the install wizard and it initially tells me that the MySql version is 5.2.12. After, when I try and connect the database, I get the following error.....

"ERROR: MySQL 5 or greater is required. You currently have 4.1.22-standard-log installed."

I have no idea what is going on. Can you please help me.

The first step is telling you that PHP 5.2 is installed. MySQL is the database server and it looks like you are running version 4.1.22. MySQL 5+ is needed since PowerStore uses a more advanced database structure. You should be able to contact your host and ask them how you can use MySQL 5.
