I modified a dreamweaver template and created the sites pages with the template. i then uploaded the site for testing (pages worked correctly) I then realized I forgot to add the meta tags. I created the meta tags in the template, saved, and oked the auto update pages dialog box. The meta tages do not appear in in the webpages. I copied the meta tags from the template and attempted to paste it in the head tags of the pages. Dreamweaver didn't allow it. I then attempted to insert the meta disciption thru the insert menu, It was also denied.
Is there a way to insert meta tags on pages created with a template???

Hello,

You have to put Meta tag after the TITLE tag in the HEAD section.

I have edited so many templates but i don't face this problem any time.
and if you are agree than please provide me the URL from where you have Download the Template so i can do that for you. This is a normal thing.

waiting for your reply.

Thanks and Regards,

Mike
