Powerstore Fed Ex Shipping calculation errors

We currently are shipping our product via FedEx. Each of our products ships in its own container. However, when Powerstore goes out to the FedEx site to retrieve the shipping costs, it lumps all of our weights into one large “virtual” package and tries to retrieve the cost for that weight. (ex. Customer orders 8 boxes of product that weigh 10 lbs each – should be the cost of a 10 lb box X 8 – but Powerstore tries to retrieve the cost for one 80 lb box). Because FedEx’s rate database only goes to 70 lbs, our customer gets an error telling him it’s an invalid weight. We need to get Powerstore to ship each product individually, not as one.

Any ideas on this?

On the confirm page, find the following code:
$Shipping_Packaging = 1;

and change it to:
$Shipping_Packaging = 0;

We tried this and it doesn't change anything. We are still getting the same problem. We need each product to be calculated individually.

Fed Ex Calculation Error in PowerStore 2

The reason this gives us an “invalid weight was entered” error is because Powerstore is sending the information to FedEx as 1 box weighing 80 pounds, not 8 boxes weighing 10 pounds each. The FedEx database only handles package weights up to 70 pounds.
