EI vs. Firefox viewing issue

Ok, you've probably heard this before but....

On the home page of the following site:

designer_sign/

How come the bullet images don't seem to be showing up in IE, but they are fine in FF.

Also in these pages in the portfolio section:

01_connell.html

how come I can't get the thumbnail spacing in IE to look like the one in FF

Thanks in advance.

Hiya,

For the bullet in IE7 (seems OK in IE8) you could try adding a list-style-position to the class:

.homeList {
list-style-image: url(../../images/home_pix/sq_bullet_14.gif);
list-style-position: inside;
line-height: 24px;
float: left;
}

Refresh the page to see if it 'takes'. It might be worth a try.

I can't see a problem with the thumbnail spacing in IE7 or 8 - what browser and version are you testing it in?

You guys are great. adding "inside" brought out the bullets. Only problem in IE the bullets don't seem to line up with the text. Is there something for that?

BTW, I did a little image resize on the portfolio page and I was able to work out that problem. That must have happened before you looked at the page, that's why you didn't see the issue.
