Manual Upgrade of CK editor

Hi Guys,

I have HTML Editor 2.0.2 - The version of CK editor is CKEditor 3.4.1 (revision 5892)..

On the CK editor website the current release is 3.6 ( Today is the 25th May 2011 )... I would like to know the implications of updating the CK editor version I have manually... As I use this in my CMS system I have build I, would like to keep the editor as current as possible.

To be clear - I want to download the latest version of the CK editor from the CK editor website - but I do not know if I can follow the update procedure oulined on the CK editor website on the Web Assist version of the editor without messing it up

Thanks
