In t he power Store admin section, click the design link, select your design and click the edit button to edit the design, to change the logo, in the theme editor, go to the images section, select the logo image, then click the folder Icon next to the image URL to upload your custom logo.
I'm not sure I follow what you mean by "how can I extend powerstore pre-built page", please provide more details on what you are trying to accomplish.
