Huge Shipping charge displayed in Cart

Works but is there a better way?

Shutting down the browser and restarting it does work to clear the session info, but that's a pain when I'm modifying things during development. Is there some code I can attach to a button temporarily to clear the cache? Or can I just add some code to the Cart "clear cart" button that will actually clear the cart.
