I am not understanding the questions you are asking.
I do not understand what you mean by:
I used my own email address and server information. Everything should be good there.
Do I need to make any changes to the WAMP environment, so it will accept the email information?
except the email information for what purpose? the login?
In some cases, the wizard does not create the WA_SHA1Encryption.php, we are looking into the exact cause and trying to fix it.
What do you mean by:
does the login page redirect you to another page when you try to access it? Or does it show an error?
In addition to reporting what it does not do, it is helpful to also know what it is doing instead of what you are expecting it to do.
I dont see anything wrong with the code at a glance, but need more details to know what I should be looking for.
one thing that may help is to add the following code at line 1 to turn error reporting on in order to sere any php errors if they are occuring:
