Uploading Orders for Drop Shipper

I have been unable to find any documentation regarding how to upload orders and what format these uploads would be in as well as how to set maximum characters for fields of information.

In additions I have not been able to find out how to set up maximum crriteria for names, addresses, etc........see below:

I wondered how orders are exported from Ecart and in what file format they are exported......

I can't seem to find a snapshot or anything online about this. I downloaded the Ecart PDF manual/set up guide and did not find any documentation on this either. I am trying to research how to implement the following criteria:

Customer File - CSV
FIRSTNAME (32 characters allowed), LASTNAME (50 characters allowed), ADDRESS1 (61 characters allowed), ADDRESS2 (60 characters allowed - this is for Apt #, PO Box, etc), CITY (48 characters allowed), STATE (48 characters allowed), ZIP (14 characters allowed), COUNTRY (2 characters allowed), CONTACTNAME (40 characters allowed), EMAIL (72 characters allowed)(UPS will email tracking number), PHONE (24 characters allowed)(receiving customer phone required for international orders), LEAVE BLANK (0 characters allowed), INVOICENUMBER (8 characters allowed), LEAVE BLANK (0 characters allowed), SHIPPING (17 characters allowed - Must be one of the following: UPS Red, UPS Blue, UPS Orange, International UPS, UPS Ground, US Mail)

Product File - CSV
INVOICENUMBER (9 characters allowed), PRODUCTNUMBER (20 characters allowed), QUANTITY (4 characters allowed)


I may need to hire someone do do the coding/programming for Ecart or DataAssist to have this criteria established. I don't know if any of this can simply be done from the Admin approach from the front/back end of Ecart?


Well I even looked at the sample powerstore online and while I did see sample orders I did not see an option for uploading orders, etc.

I believe if I read correctly Powerstore utilizes Ecart..............

Without seeing a snapshot or anything in the online overview or documentation in the downloadable pdf file for Ecart it is very difficult to know what can be accomplished. I realize that some people can do coding, but I am not able to do this. I would consider paying someone to do the necessary coding at a reasonable price.

I would love to learn the coding in time but my immediate concern is getting something operational online......

Perhaps someone can share their methods of uploading orders or provide a "snapshot" of this.
