There is not a bounce manager that is included. We will investigate how we might be able to include that in the future. Most bounce managers require tight integration with the smtp server itself, which isn't realistic when we allow you to deploy on any smtp server.
We will certainly be thinking about how to include that functionality at some point. It does track views and clicks of sent emails, so you could use that data to filter out subscribers that don't view or click on the messages.
