Powerstore 3 - Technical support ticket #124491 [Closed]
I previously entered a ticket due to the application not connecting with PayPal. The Tech who assisted did in fact resolve the issue; however, the problem has once again arisen. The client is quiet upset due to the fact that you cannot process orders/payment via an established paypal account nor credit card. You cannot cancel the order and return to the mechant's site. The payment gateway is returning me to a page that had been previously deleted from the coding and redirected. I'm not sure how this is occuring. In my attempt to determine the root of the problem, I first contacted PayPal. I was advised that the API call is not communicating with the shopping cart and that it is shopping cart application problem. They made some reference to icontact - which only confused me. I have no idea how to resolve this and would appreciate some assistance. At this point, the client is considering canceling this cart and expecting a refund. This is affecting business.
