Only Error when trying to create Charts

Hello,

I am trying to use the Dynamic Web Charts tool to create some graphs for data that we have collected on behalf of a client so that I can give them a view of the results we have created. However every time I try and add a chart to a webpage and attempt to preview the webpage the flash object keeps showing similar messages like

"/DynamicWebCharts/Data/chart_dataparser1.asp?"

This is even happening when I tried using the default static values that show up in the wizard. I had found another post that looked similar to my issue until the point where it talked about the fact that static data was working. Based on that post I have tried looking to see if path's may or may not be an issue. Rather then doing things in a sub folder of my test website I went to the root folder to add a chart to a test page. But the results have so far been the same.

Does any one have any ideas what might be causing this issue?
