Told to Use Beta - Still Not Working

I was told by Ray to go ahead and download the beta version of Power CMS Builder and that should fix my problems. I deleted the previous version, downloaded the beta from the regular download section of the site and did a clean install. After installing the beta extension and while trying to install Power CMS through Dreamweaver, DW crashed. I continued to try to install and got to step 3 of 5 and got the same error message I was getting before stating the info was already there. However, it will not let me get past step 3. Ray called me unexpectedly a week or so ago, but I was unaware that he would be calling me at that moment and I wasn't prepared. I have got to get this thing going or I am going to be in really big trouble with my client. They have been patient with me and I feel I have been patient with WA. But I am starting to wear thin and need help right now.

Please do not reprimand me for posting this as a new thread. I did this on purpose to bring it to the top to get immediate attention. Sorry if this upsets anyone.
