Hide layer on page load

Yes this is much better.

When I click the "Yes" radio button I want to show the AP layer I hided on page load. I have applyed the show/hide layer behavior to the "Yes" radio button as shown in the attached picture.

When I click the "Yes" radio button, it don't look good.
