Help!! Can't get DB to work with install of PS4.5

I sent a reply about an hour ago, but it looks like it didn't post. I am attaching a copyof the db.sql file.
I don't think that the script is the problem. I was able to use the script to build the tables in the data base without getting any MySql errors. Is there any way that I can skip that part of the install wizard, or maybe the entire wizard, and get this program running? I really want to have some time to play with the application!
