URGENT: DB Issue with host (PS4.5)

I just received an email from my host GoDaddy informing me that they have disabled my database is being over utilized. Here is part of the email that they have sent to me:

We have disabled your database to return the server to normal usage. To re-enable your database, you will need to correct the following query:

Problematic query:
SELECT *, coalesce((select ps4_productoptions.GroupingID from ps4_productoptions WHERE ps4_productoptions.ProductID = ps4_products.ProductID limit 1),ps4_products.ProductID) AS GroupingID FROM ps4_products WHERE ProductLive = 1 AND (ProductStartDate IS NULL OR ProductStartDate <= CURDATE()) AND (ProductEndDate IS NULL OR ProductEndDate >= CURDATE()) AND ProductID IN (SELECT ProductID FROM ps4_productcategories WHERE (CategoryID = 4)) GROUP BY GroupingID ORDER BY ProductName

EXPLAIN:
id select_type table type possible_keys key key_len ref rows Extra
1 PRIMARY ps4_products ALL 1013 Using where; Using temporary; Using filesort
3 DEPENDENT SUBQUERY ps4_productcategories ALL 844 Using where
2 DEPENDENT SUBQUERY ps4_productoptions ALL 6070 Using where

This query examines 5189680040 rows, which is unacceptable in shared hosting. Access will reinstated upon request.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as the site is completely down and I am losing customers.

Thanks.

Regards,
Robert
